Whether you're a die-hard Cubs fan or just there to soak in the atmosphere of this historic ballpark, knowing where to park can save you a lot of headaches (and time!). Let’s dig into everything you need to know about parking around Wrigley Field, including options, tips, and special services available.
Wrigley Field itself has limited on-site parking. However, you have a few convenient options close to the park. Click here for the official Wrigley Field Parking Map to see all available lots.
Toyota Camry Lot: Located at 1126 W. Grace St., Chicago. This is a primary parking lot for season parking holders & game day visitors. Electric vehicle charging stations available!
Toyota RAV4 Lot: Located at 1140 W. Eddy St., Chicago (another prime spot for season pass holders).
Irving Park Lot: This option is located at 1052 Irving Park Rd., Chicago. This lot is available for combo season parking holders as well as game day visitors.
If you’re looking to save some bucks, the Chicago Cubs offer free remote parking at 3900 N. Rockwell St., just east of the Chicago River. This lot is ideal for weekend games and comes with a free shuttle service directly to Wrigley Field.
Don’t want to take a chance on finding a spot? Reserve parking ahead of time using SpotHero, the nation’s leading parking reservations app.
Parking rates around Wrigley can vary wildly:
Parking is typically easiest during weekend games, but it can still fill up fast, especially for big match-ups like the Cubs vs. White Sox.
Here are some of the more popular parking facilities nearby:
If parking just isn’t your style, consider public transport! There are several convenient options:
Feeling eco-conscious? Wrigley Field has bike valet services available on game days. Bikes can be secured at designated areas near the ballpark. Just remember to bring your lock, in case the bike valet is full!
Wrigley Field provides accessible parking for people with disabilities at the Toyota Camry Lot. Make sure to reserve your spot ahead of time if you need it! There are a limited number of spaces available, and they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis for those with a valid disability license plate or placard.
For further accessibility options, you can also contact the Cubs' Fan Services Team at 1-773-388-8270 for details about ADA services.
If you're planning to park on the street, make sure you’re familiar with local parking restrictions. Pay close attention to temporary signage that might pop up for game days. Tourist or casual visitors often overlook these & end up with unwanted towing charges. Yikes!
Wrigley Field is one amazing place to visit, especially on game day. With its historic charm & lively crowd, it’s no wonder it remains a top destination. However, taking the time to plan your parking experience can make all the difference.
So whether you reserve through SpotHero, use public transport, or take advantage of free remote parking, make sure you're prepared. And you just might catch a game, grab a dog, & soak in a little Chicago sunshine without a hitch!
For further information, be sure to check out the official Cubs Transportation Page for updates and any changes! Enjoy the game!
