If you're planning to attend an event here, it's important to plan your parking ahead of time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. In this parking guide, we will provide you with all the information you need to know about parking options, accessibility, and additional tips for a hassle-free visit.

Parking Options

Times Union Performing Arts Center offers several convenient parking options for patrons:

  • Open-Air Parking Lot: Located directly across Water Street from the venue, this open-air parking lot is ideal for symphony patrons. It is recommended to cross the street using the designated crosswalk and entrance. Jacksonville police are present before and after concerts to ensure safety while crossing the street.
  • Enclosed Parking Garages: There are enclosed parking garages located directly behind the open-air parking lot entrance on Pearl Street and one block away on Hogan Street. Both of these garages are manned by staff members before and after concerts, and they are within easy walking distance of Times Union Performing Arts Center.

Disabled parking is available in a free lot located on Pearl Street directly in front of the CSX building. To utilize this parking area, you must possess a valid concert ticket for the evening's performance or have a handicapped license plate or hanging decal. For additional information or assistance, please call Patron Services at 904-354-5547.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is offered for all evening performances, including classical pops and special events, as well as Sunday matinee concerts. Symphony 60 and JSYO concerts are excluded from valet parking services. Elite valet service is provided by Parking Management Services, Inc. to cater to VIP patrons, including $5,000 donors. They also offer valet parking for $20 as a drive-up service in front of the building when capacity allows.

Subscribers to the Classical Pops Passport and Family Series can purchase a series parking voucher booklet with 12 passes for the Enterprise Center Garage. This garage is located directly behind the open-air parking lot entrance on Pearl Street. The cost for the entire season is $45. Discounted single ticket parking is also available in advance for $6 through Patron Services.

Subscriber Parking

If you are a subscriber to the Classical Pops Passport or Family Series, you can take advantage of subscriber parking. This option grants access to parking vouchers for the Enterprise Center Garage, located directly behind the open-air parking lot entrance on Pearl Street. These vouchers can be purchased in a booklet with 12 passes for the entire season at a cost of $45. Subscriber parking is discounted and provides a convenient parking solution for those attending multiple events.
