Where is Sonic Temple?

The Sonic Temple festival will be held at the iconic Historic Crew Stadium, located at One Black Gold Boulevard, Columbus, Ohio 43211. Nestled just 3.5 miles north of Downtown Columbus and a wee bit east of Ohio State University Campus, it’s super accessible, perfect for rockers roaring in from afar!

Getting There

For those hitting the road, the festival venue is conveniently located near I-71, so you can get off at exit 111 toward 17th Avenue. Simply turn west onto 17th Avenue, follow the signs, and you’re ready to PARTY. Parking gates will open at 8:30 AM daily to get your groove on early!

Parking Options

General & Advanced Parking Passes

• Advanced Sales Parking:

  • Premium Parking: Reserve your premium spot ahead of time to skip the hassle while cruising in.
  • General Parking: Available for daily purchase. But watch out! Advanced sales end 2 weeks prior to this rockin’ event!
  • To gain entry, don’t forget to grab your vehicle hangtag which includes directions to your designated parking area.

• Day of Sales: No advanced tickets? Don’t worry! There’ll be additional parking lots available for DAILY sales. Just be ready to drop some cash or card on that.

Accessible Parking

Sonic Temple is wholly committed to being accessible! They have limited ADA Parking Passes up for grabs that can be purchased through their accessibility page. Just remember, you’ll need a valid state-issued accessible license plate placard on top of the purchased pass to park in the ADA Parking Lot. If you don’t have the proper credentials, you’ll be directed to General Parking.

Motorcycle Parking

If you’re cruising on two wheels, worry not! Motorcycle parking is available in the General Premium Parking lots—just be sure to snag an advanced parking pass for your hog! No specific motorcycle parking pass purchase necessary.

Rideshare, Taxis, & Shuttle Services

Don’t want the parking hassle? Consider Rideshare options. There’s a designated rideshare drop-off near the festival entrance. Keep an eye out for the signage guiding you and listen to the traffic staff's directions. If you're hailing an Uber or Lyft, they’ll guide you to the right spot.

Shuttle Information

COTA Bus provides service via Bus #4, connecting from Capital Square (corner of E Broad Street & S High Street). Biking to the Festival

Camping Facilities

If you're planning to stay overnight, you’ll find a limited number of RV spaces too! Camping passes include one camping parking pass, which grants you in-and-out privileges. Shower facilities will be available, along with security for peace of mind.

Important Note

Overnight parking outside of designated campgrounds is NOT permitted due to security risks. If you leave your vehicle overnight, it will be towed. Definitely not the way you want to end the festival!
